Kronologi Kejadian yang Menggemparkan

 

Seorang pemuda bernama Moch Ihsan (22) di Bekasi Timur, Jawa Barat, ditetapkan sebagai tersangka setelah menganiaya ibu kandungnya sendiri hingga tersungkur. Aksi kekerasan ini terekam dalam sebuah video yang viral di media sosial, memperlihatkan pelaku memukul, menendang, bahkan melempar sandal ke arah kepala korban yang tak melakukan perlawanan.

 

 

 

Motif Kekerasan: Permintaan Motor yang Ditolak

 

Menurut keterangan polisi, penganiayaan bermula dari penolakan sang ibu untuk meminjamkan motor tetangga kepada pelaku. Ihsan disebut ingin menggunakan motor tersebut untuk bermain, namun ibunya merasa tidak enak terus-menerus meminjam kendaraan milik orang lain. Ia menyarankan anaknya menggunakan sepeda yang ada di rumah, namun hal itu justru memicu kemarahan pelaku.

 

 

 

Proses Hukum dan Penahanan Pelaku

 

Polisi bergerak cepat menangkap pelaku dan menetapkannya sebagai tersangka berdasarkan Pasal 44 ayat (1) UU RI No. 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Saat ini, Ihsan telah ditahan di Rutan Polres Metro Bekasi Kota dan masih menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut oleh pihak berwajib.
