Laporan Kedutaan Saudi soal Izin dan Visa

 

Kedutaan Besar Arab Saudi memberikan catatan penting terkait penyelenggaraan haji Indonesia. Mereka menyampaikan keprihatinan soal penggunaan visa non‑haji, termasuk visa ziarah, oleh sebagian jemaah Indonesia. Hal ini dianggap melanggar ketentuan dan dapat menimbulkan risiko bagi operasional haji secara keseluruhan. Kedubes mengingatkan supaya semua pihak mematuhi regulasi yang berlaku agar proses ibadah berjalan aman dan lancar.

 

 

 

Kemenag Tanggapi Peringatan dan Imbau Masyarakat

 

Menanggapi catatan tersebut, Kementerian Agama melalui Dirjen Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Hilman Latief menegaskan akan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Kemenag sudah dihubungi langsung oleh Kementerian Haji dan Umrah Saudi, dan akan memperkuat sosialisasi larangan penggunaan visa selain visa haji resmi. Hilman menyebut banyak kasus di mana jemaah diberikan visa lain tapi dijanjikan sebagai visa haji—sehingga masyarakat perlu lebih waspada.

 

 

 

Upaya Perbaikan Layanan dan Pengawasan

 

Selain itu, Kemenag bekerja sama dengan instansi terkait seperti Imigrasi untuk memperketat pengawasan agar visa haji ilegal tidak terjadi. Koordinasi ini juga dilakukan demi menjaga profesionalisme pelayanan haji Indonesia. Negara Saudi pun menegaskan komitmennya untuk menyelenggarakan haji yang aman dan tertib, sementara Indonesia berupaya memastikan seluruh jemaah membawa visa resmi, guna menghindari sanksi atau deportasi.
